Fee Overview

Renting should be easy! Look over our simple application guidelines and fee breakdown to know what to expect as one of our valued applicants & residents.

Application Guidelines

 
  • Income Restrictions Apply meaning you cannot make over a certain amount to qualify. Please inquire with our staff regarding those limits.
  • The process takes up to 2 weeks for approval.
  • You are required to make at least 2.5 times the rent.

Upfront Fees

 

Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process.

  • Application Fee:$50 Per Applicant
  • Deposit:$250/$350
  • Pet Deposit*:$150 Per Pet
  • One-Time Pet Fee*:$250 Per Pet

Recurring Monthly Charges

 

Once you're moved in, your monthly statement will include several standard charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.

  • Trash:$15/month
  • Water**:$35-50/month
  • Flat Gas Fees*:$43-$77/month
  • Pet Rent*:$35 Per Pet

*If Applicable. Flat Gas fees are only for a certain portion of the property.

**Water fees vary by apartment size.
